Skye Johansen just did a little feature on Whippy Cake. I was so excited when I saw the unexpected shout out on her site. Her photographs are absolutely stunning and I love everything she captures! If you know me you know that I am terrible with words and it's a shameful thing to witness me trying to be creative with words. I really want a Whippy Cake slogan so I solicited some help from my facebook friends and now I need help deciding which one to use. If you could vote it will help me narrow it down and then just MAYBE I will be able to commit to something.

If you have a new suggestion feel free to leave it in a comment. Call me desperate but I am pretty helpless when it comes to these things.

I am officially hosting a Matilda Jane party here locally on May 14th! I am so excited I couldn't wait to post about it! Funky Bums

I was just talking to my friend Lisette from Funky Bums and found out that all of her shirts are marked down to $10 for just a short time. I already took advantage and purchased a bunch for some friends {lucky!}. I got one of each for Kingston last year for Christmas and they are my favorite children shirts we have ever had. EVER! He wears them every week and they still look as good as the first day he got them. To me that's as good as it can get, especially when her designs are so stinkin cool! For My Birthday

Michelle, one of my customers recently ordered a glamour band for her birthday and told me how excited she was about her birthday plans. She sweetly included me in on the details and sent me a link to where she got the idea for her Birthday plans {HERE}. The post completely made me cry and I immediately started planning how I would implicate the same plan for my birthday. I kept checking Michelle's blog for more details but mostly for her birthday recap which she finally posted {HERE}. I love love LOVE more than anything people who plan and do things like this. It makes me so entirely happy and I can't wait until August for my experience to begin! Enjoy!
